LBJ Freeway accident kills one

Police officers arrested a man for drunk driving and charged him with intoxication manslaughter after he hit and killed a man early Thursday morning, October 10 on the westbound lane of the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway in Texas.

According to the police, two drivers who were trying to reach a settlement after crashing were outside of their parked vehicles just west of the Dallas North Tollway at around 2:45 a.m. when a speeding vehicle slammed into them, killing 35-year-old Pramod Paul.

According to witness Brandon Martin, the victim was lying slumped on the hood of the car.

The third vehicle’s driver, 38-year-old Jerry Abraham, was taken to a Dallas hospital where he is recuperating from minor injuries.
